Educational institutions of the districts will be closed on Saturday

Secondary schools, colleges, madrasas and technical institutes have been closed in several districts of the country on Saturday (May 4) amid intense heat wave.

This information was given in a press release signed by MA Khayer, Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Education on Friday (May 3).

According to the notification, secondary schools, colleges, madrasas and technical educational institutions of all districts of Khulna and Rajshahi divisions will be closed on Saturday (May 4) due to the ongoing heat wave in the country.

Apart from this, all secondary schools, colleges, madrasas and technical educational institutions in Dhaka and Tangail districts of Dhaka division, Chandpur district of Chittagong division and Rangpur, Kurigram, Nilphamari and Dinajpur districts of Rangpur division will remain closed on Saturday (May 4).
