Bangladesh defeated India in the final

In the U-16 Women's SAFF Championship, the girls of Bangladesh confirmed the final by blowing away India in their second match. Red-green representatives beat India 3-1.

Bangladesh went ahead at the beginning of the match. In the 9th minute of the match, Alpi Akhtar hit the ball in the net with a great shot from outside the D box. After that, the two teams started to attack and counter-attack. However, if there are no more goals, Bangladesh goes into the break with a 1-0 lead.

India equalized with Anushka Kumari's goal in the 55th minute of the second half. After that, Surbhi Akand Preeti, who scored twice in the previous match, gave Bangladesh the lead again by scoring in the 79th minute of the match. At the end of the match, in the 89th minute, Bangladesh scored again. 

Captain Arpita Biswas increased the team's lead by scoring a goal. If there were no more goals, the girls of Bangladesh left the field with a 3-1 victory.
