Apple's electric car may enter the market in 2028

Apple has been working with electric cars for a long time. But it has not yet seen the light of day. Apple's electric car is expected to hit the market in 2025, but it has been pushed back yet again.

Mark German, a famous Apple analyst and US media Bloomberg reporter, said that according to the changed date, Apple's electric car could be on the market in 2028.

Apple is currently working on electric cars with limited features, although it initially aimed to build fully driverless cars. The name of this project of Apple is 'Project Titan'.

In 2014, the first rumors about Apple's project to create a completely driverless electric car, the company that has gained a special reputation as the maker of the iPhone, began in 2014.

A decade has passed since then, but the world's leading technology company has yet to reveal any design for an electric car. If Apple ever does make an electric car, it will likely be very different from their original plans.

As reported by Mark Garman, 'Project Titan' began in 2015. The project was then repeatedly delayed and its leadership changed several times. Initially aiming to create fully driverless cars, this has recently changed to 'more realistic electric car designs'.

The Bloomberg report indicates that the car, which is due to hit the market in 2028, will have limited autonomous features similar to Tesla's currently available electric cars.

While the original plan aimed to create a fully autonomous car without a steering wheel, the company is currently building a type of car where the driver has to stay alert and take control of the vehicle as needed.

According to reports, since 2021, Apple's vice president Kevin Lynch has been leading the project. Apple's employees are also concerned about the innovative technology of the electric car that Apple is now developing by changing its focus.

But Apple has never officially said anything about 'Project Titan'.
